1) Courier Delivery Time
We provide direct air mail service worldwide from Standard to Express shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions from our email info@sunflowerhalo.com.

2) Order Processing Time
General items: We generally process to ship these orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will process on the next consecutive business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you the best available option.
Handmade items: To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.
* All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually only takes 1-3 working days before shipping.
* Please note: due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, high shipping demand, shortage of workforces, and stringent customs policy and procedures, the actual parcel arrival time is deemed to vary(sometimes shorter than estimates). The majority part of the logistic chain is out of our control. We recommend tracking your shipments and contacting your local couriers for updates with our provided tracking code. Alternatively, if you are worried and unsure, you are welcome to contact us to enquire about the shipment status on your behalf.
RETURN
1) Please check if the product is damaged after receiving the package.
